Pancakes or Waffles from Scratch



Pancakes and Waffles
2 C. flour
2 C. milk
2 eggs, seperated
1 T. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 T. oil

Combine dry ingredients then add milk, egg yolks, and oil.  Whip egg whites until soft peaks form, fold into batter.  Pour onto hot griddle and cook until golden brown.  Eat with butter and warm syrup.  Enjoy!
