I almost feel silly posting this because it is so simple it probably doesn't even qualify as a recipe. However, we've been making these every single day lately (sometimes twice a day!), so I figured I might as well share!
Ingredients:
4-6 oz milk or almond milk
1 banana
1 Tbsp peanut butter OR 2 Tbsp PB2
4-5 ice cubes
Handful of spinach (optional)
1 scoop vanilla protein (optional. We add this when we drink it post workout)
Blend in blender. That's it! We seriously cannot get enough of these!

That sounds super yummy. I will definitely have to try this as post workout drinkage. What protein powder do you use?
