8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bottle Russian or Catalina salad dressing
1 jar apricot pineapple preserves
1 package dry onion soup mix (like Lipton)
Cooked white rice
Combine the dressing, preserves, and soup mix. Spray a glass 9x13 with non-stick cooking spray and place the chicken in the bottom. Pour the mixture over the chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve over rice.

We call this candy chicken and make it in the crock pot, so good!
