I'm posting this recipe because it is the first recipe that comes to mind when I think about things my sisters and I cook. This recipe is a staple in all of our homes, and has even become a traditional Sunday dinner at my house. We love it, and we really love that it's so easy. Enjoy.
Ingredients
3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. dry italian dressing mix
1 pkg. cream cheese
Throw everything in the crock-pot and cook on low all day. Serve over rice. I've also had it over egg noodles, and it's not too bad!

I am gone from my house for 11 hours during the week. Long work days don't mix well with the crock pot, but this recipe has been calling my name for some time now. I decided I would throw it in yesterday morning with frozen chicken. It worked out perfectly and it was so yummy! I even have the left overs at work today for lunch. Thanks for all your great recipes!
i seriously make this all the time! i will say, i didnt have cream cheese one sunday and being the righteous (ahem..lazy..) person i am i didnt want to go to the store, so i used sour cream instead and it worked just as well. i just mixed it to a consistency i thought would be good. maybe a half cup or 3/4 cup of sour cream? anyways, it was really good.
